Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 5/6 sliced mushrooms
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Grated cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and mushrooms.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and add two beaten eggs.
  3. Add cheese and cook with a lid for a couple of minutes.
  4. Fold the omelet and serve!
